Booking Deposits

Booking Deposits are a part of our company policy. Booking Deposit Fees are as follows: $30 for all services. This will remain on your file the entire time you are a client and will be redeemed towards your last treatment in the clinic or refunded in the event you finish your treatment plan or relocate.*  New Clients will have their Booking Deposit refunded if they are not suitable for the treatment, and you can request a refund at anytime for your deposit. *T&C apply.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment.

For all appointments (whether made online or through a clinic), we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or change in appointment date/time.

If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge a ‘Cancellation Fee’ meaning, we will retain the $50 deposit fee. 

If you do not attend your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a ‘No Show Fee’ meaning, we will either retain a pre paid session or deposit (if a deposit has been collected from you) or the full treatment cost of your appointment.

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 14-days. If you received the incorrect product or your purchase arrives damaged, return the unused product and we will issue a refund or exchange. However, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If you get home and realise you already have the product you purchased (as sometimes happens), we can exchange the product or provide a store credit. We cannot provide a refund for a ‘change of mind’.

The returned product must be received unopened/unused in original packaging and in resaleable condition.

with any package or treatment purchase, if the client can no longer be treated with a particular treatment due to an allergy or medical reason the client will be issued a credit for another treatment or product, however once purchased there will be no refunds due to 'change of mind'.

All items requiring a refund will be credited to the original form of payment to any purchase.
